Inspections for New Construction Form
- All underground work – before backfill (i.e. water, sewer, storm traps).
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Site preparation and placing footing forms.
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Placement of wall forms and required re enforcement.
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Set drains, cover with gravel, apply damp proofing and foundation insulation.
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Complete rough framing, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
CALL FOR INSPECTION
NOTE: After rough plumbing inspection, make water deposit and set water meter. - Install insulation AFTER APPROVAL OF ROUGH INSPECTIONS.
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Apply drywall only.
CALL FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO TAPING - Provide certificate of Final Grade Elevation by registered Land Surveyor.
- Complete final and finishing work for structure, building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
CALL FOR INSPECTION - Receive CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
* New construction commercial and residential inspection fees are calculated by the amount of inspections required for the construction project*
