 PRE-TRIAL SERVICES is a division of the Court that is responsible for, but not limited to, processing persons arrested on misdemeanor charges. This department initiates an interview and background check on the defendants prior to their court appearance. The department is also responsible for ensuring bond assessment, trial dates and transportation, when appropriate, of all individuals who are categorized as an in-custody. |
