NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE PROVIDING FEE SCHEDULE
FOR ALL CITY DEPARTMENTS

NOTICE is hereby given to the public that on April 19, 2005, the Common Council of the City of Gary passed and adopted Ordinance No. 7718, "An Ordinance To Provide For The Schedule Of Fees For All City Of Gary Departments" (the "ordinance"). The new schedule of fees shall take effect on Friday, January 1, 2009. The ordinance, including fee schedule, is set forth in full below.
