FRANK O'BANNON CENTER

The Frank O'Bannon Center, located at 7th Avenue and Broadway in Downtown Gary, houses the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, and several Lake County family service offices. A sister building is under construction in Glen Park. These offices were formerly located at 8th Avenue and Broadway. Occupied in early 2004, the O'Bannon Center is the first significant office building construction in the traditional downtown in several years, and is a harbinger of things to come in the Central Business District. This building, located on Ridge Road at Adams Street, houses the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, and several Lake County family service offices. This Glen Park office is a satellite to the Frank O'Bannon Center, in downtown Gary.
