The St. Timothy CHDO is developing two eight-unit buildings at 24th Avenue and Hayes Street, in the Small Farms neighborhood in central Gary. The $1.6 million development is the first phase of several planned for this Community Housing Development Organization. Mercantile Bank funded the project in cooperation with the City of Gary's Community Development Department.
