CITY SEEKS RELIEF FROM DISTRESSED UNIT APPEAL BOARD
Gary, Indiana - On Monday this week city officials submitted a plan to the state Distressed Unit Appeal Board (DUAB) seeking relief from mandatory state statutes that would substantially cripple the city’s overall operations beginning in 2009 and beyond.
