May 15, 2010 MLK DRIVE BRIDGE RESTRICTED OVER BORMAN EXPRESSWAY Gary, Indiana - After conferring with its bridge consultant late Friday afternoon, the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has decided in the interest of public safety to restrict traffic on the Martin Luther King Drive bridge over I-80/94(Borman Expressway) to passenger vehicles only and reroute trucks and buses away from the bridge.
