NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION BY THE CITY OF GARY
The following described abandoned motor vehicles will be sold at public auction pursuant to the City of Gary Ordinance No. 7389 on Saturday, December 5, 2009 starting at 8:00 a.m. at Republic Frame and Axle, 7500 Melton Road; immediately followed by Hugh's Towing, 1148 Colfax, immediately followed by S&S Towing Inc., 3651 W. 4th Avenue; immediately followed by the City Police Garage, 1301 W. 11th Avenue; then ending at Bennie's Towing, 2160 W. 10th Avenue. Bidders must comply with the following terms: titles must be applied for. TERMS OF SALE: Money orders, cash, or other certified funds. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS. Winning bidders must pay in full upon completion of the auction. Vehicles are available for viewing before auction or by appointment.
